Regulatory Alert: Updated Registry of Vessel Transit & Corridor Violations

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) has issued an official update for July 2026.

The document outlines a comprehensive list of commercial vessels flagged by the military command for violating the "Regulations on the Procedure for Passage to Ukrainian Ports through the Northwestern Black Sea under Martial Law."

According to the directive, these vessels have committed verified navigational infractions during their transits. The port authorities have explicitly stated that in the event of subsequent calls to Ukrainian sea ports, these vessels may be subject to strict operational restrictions or denied entry altogether.

Recent Registry Additions Preview:

  • NS SPRINTER (Belize, IMO 9033866) – Transit along the corridor at a speed lower than declared.
  • EKMEN STAR (Barbados, IMO 9218193) – Speed anomalies with AIS active configuration.
  • ZEYBE (Palau, IMO 9040663) – Deviation from the recommended corridor route mapping.
  • KAPITAN SHYRIAGIN (Comoros, IMO 9137234) – Non-compliance with transit speed declarations.
