Short notice is acceptable, but it is highly recommended to be given in advance. We recommend to arrange embarkation of our team at discharging port after commencement of cargo operations enabling them to perform check-up of cleaning materials and cleaning equipment. 24-48 hours notice could be sufficient, subject to availability of tickets and cleaning materials/equipment on board. All our teams consist of certified rock-climbers who are holders of valid seaman's books, biometric passports and covid-19 vaccination certificates.

Cleaning materials and equipment / on-off-signing formalities
Recommendation for supply of any cleaning materials and/or equipment is given by our side after receipt of ship's inventory list(s). Our partners can deliver any cleaning materials or equipment at any port worldwide, if will be required.
Immigration formalities, pick-up and transportation of our team from/to airport is arranged through loading/discharging port agent.

Hold cleaning process
Cleaning team leader analyses holds condition, prepares cleaning plan and organises workflow. Hold cleaning operations could be started with first available hold after discharging during the portstay, if the same is not prohibited by authorities. Usually, if no ship's waste is coming out and cleaning operations do not affect cargo operations there are no obstacles to start.

- connect HP machine(s) to vessel's water and electricity systems,
- open/close hydrant,
- open/close hatch covers,
- clean bilge wells
- lift up cargo residues from holds.

Our team will disembark and be repatriated only after holds acceptance.
