Our accounting team constantly checks latest ports' orders making sure that our disbursement calculations comply with official port tariffs. We provide overtime breakdowns for all dues, so the PDA amount can be evaluated quite closely, in case if the ETA and the name of the port/terminal on which the vessel is going to call are available. You can rest assured that provided PDAs will be transparent, with no hidden costs or additional charges.

Our company has been performing holds cleaning operations for more than 10 years. We have extensive experience in eliminating cargo residues of any kind: coal, bauxites, phosphates, ore, fertilizers and cement. Our team consists of former surveyors, climbers and experienced cleaners who know exactly how to achieve grain cleanliness optimizing the process as much as possible to complete holds preparations in shortest possible term.

The following equipment allows us to clean out residues of cargo and stains located at any height and in hard-to-reach areas:
- high-pressure machines (8 pcs)
- dirt nozzles and chemical applicators
- portable water pumps through which holds cleaning water can be collected and transferred to any holding/ballast tank
- heaters which prevent high-pressure machines from freezing and allow to perform cleaning operations with temperatures up to -5°C.
- climbing gear
- scaffolds and ladders reaching 16 m high

We have various options and are ready to propose the most suitable scenario which will let cleaning operations to start with the first available hold after discharging (jointly with discharging). Our team has worked out mechanisms of cooperation with port administrations, local authorities, harbour masters and eco departments and we are offering not only holds cleaning as an operation, but a system of solutions and negotiations that allows vessels to be in load-ready condition in shortest possible term after discharging, at the nearest possible position to port of loading and with guaranteed acceptance by any independent surveyor.

Our company performs crew changes in all ports of the region: Mykolaiv, Dneprobugsky, Pivdennyi, Odessa, Chornomorsk. We offer A to Z arrangements starting with the provision of port's line-up along with berthing/sailing schedule and finishing with the confirmation of the date/time for booking tickets with OKTB arrangements.

Crew exchange, regardless of nationality, requires immigration and customs formalities to be performed. Some nationalities, who require a visa in order to be able to come to Ukraine, can be signed-on and transferred from the airport to the vessel without any complicated visa-obtaining procedures and signed-off in the same way. You do not need to explore what is required from Filipino or Chinese crew, where is the nearest airport and how to arrange OKTB – leave it to us.
